Ultra Street Fighter 4 includes 5 new characters, new stages, new modes, new features, and with the gameplay completely rebalanced.  The new characters are: Hugo, Poison, Elena, Rolento, along with 1 unannounced (and never-before-seen) character.

Ultra Street Fighter 4 is coming early 2014 for the PS3, 360, and PC.  Ultra can be purchased via ‘digital upgrade’ for $14.99 or as a full game for $39.99, which includes all previous DLC.
