You continue as Sam Fisher, this time as the head of the Fourth Echelon, as the President as decided to terminate the Third Echelon due to corruption. Your duties include eliminating anything that has to do with the Third Echelon, but twelve rogue terrorists botch those plans from the start, and that’s where his new story begins.
